“Diane skillfully weaves together her expertise of yoga and psychotherapy to create a full body, full heart, full mind experience. She allows for group interaction which left us all feeling connected and supported. She delivers a variety of tools and exercises that left us empowered to continue working beyond our time in group. Overall, the opportunity to work with Diane and the group as a whole was a blessing and gift.”
“I had no prior experience with Yoga or group therapy… The group dynamics and interactions were excellent and definitely helped the process. Diane is a wonderful person who is extremely devoted to all her students’ mental and physical well-being. I would recommend this class (group) for anyone who has any interest in the connection between the body and mind, as well as dipping your toe in either group therapy or Yoga. It was definitely a worthwhile experience. So much so that I’m seriously considering signing for the next set of classes.”
