My clients find my style to be open, humorous, and insightful. Working together, we are attempting to identify habitual patterns, both cognitive and behavioral, that are preventing you from fully experiencing life and relationships. I recognize and honor the courage it takes to look at ourselves and risk relating to the world in new ways.
I am here to listen to you, offer new ways of being in the world, and support you as you incorporate changes into your life. Therapy is not just to talk about things, but also to facilitate change in your life. Hopefully, relieving the suffering that is occurring due to depression, anxiety and relational conflicts. I see my role as a hired collaborator. My job is to work myself out of a job – assisting you in becoming your own best therapist.
For me, the process of participating in and witnessing the change in my clients is an amazing experience in which I am honored to participate.
